This ready-to-use bituminous mixture is manufactured from proprietary aggregates, bitumen, and a co-polymer that creates a tenacious bonding material for permanent and repair applications.
Impact-activated curing will bond to all types of concrete, including asphalt and concrete mixtures, as well as steel and wood.
Asphalt in a Bag is an asphalt emulsion solution that can be used to repair all-weather roads.
The solution can be applied at temperatures as low as -26 degrees Celsius and work equally well on hot and rainy days when the temperature reaches 49 degrees Celsius.
Permanent cold patch applied according to the manufacturer’s specifications is guaranteed to adhere permanently to the repaired area or until the surrounding pavement area fails.
If the asphalt in a bag is not adhered to the asphalt or if it releases or unravels from the repaired area, we will replace the asphalt without any additional service charge.

One 20kg bag of Permanent Cold Patch will cover between 25 and 50 square metres, depending on the grade of the material. (1 x 20kg bag of Asphalt in a bag Permanent Cold Patch will cover approx 1⁄2 a square metre at 22mm thickness.)
